Ohio National selects DMS to develop a customized administrative system and provide new business support, policy administration, and claims management services in support of its rapidly growing Disability Income line of business.
With an intended first quarter 2019 launch, DMS is customizing its proprietary administrative and claims management system, IDEAS, to support the unique business demands of Ohio National’s DI business consistent with industry best practices. DMS is also integrating its services with those of Ohio National to provide superior customer and agent service, operating efficiency, and leading risk management in support of Ohio National’s impressive growth in disability income.
